The buggy service worked fine. I got where i needed to go.
The refrigerator in my room was not cooling properly upon arrival. the television was also faulty. It powered on, but displayed no picture at all. these issues took a while to resolve.

Miss Amber, our butler, was dedicated. She balanced professionalism with warmth perfectly and was always quick to assist us. I felt at ease with her pleasant manner and attentiveness to detail. Buffet breakfast offered plentiful choices and changed regularly.
I noticed some activities listed were not yet active. This was disappointing for the kids. I think updating the activity list would prevent this in the future.

The room included a king-sized bed and a separate seating area. It accommodated our family. There was also a spacious bathroom and a well-stocked minibar. Daily cleaning ensured the room was always tidy.

The hotel is huge. We used the reliable buggy service to get around to different locations. Buggies were available to book at any time, convenient. We went everywhere very quickly thanks to this service, reducing transit times.

Staff members were friendly and helpful during our entire stay. They checked our requests immediately and processed them rapidly. They cleaned the villas and pools daily, providing excellent service around the resort and creating comfort.

There were five fine pools on the hotel, with a lovely villa pool for dips. The kids enjoyed the water park, playgrounds, and the dedicated kid's club. Activities such as kayaking and stand-up paddle were also available for entertainment.
